What this job involves (Provide a short job summary paragraph)
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Workplace Experience Specialist - Housekeeping to join our team:
**Location**: San Jose, Costa Rica
**Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
**Work model**: On site
**Contract Type**: Indefinite-term
What is your day to day?
Executes routine walkthroughs and assessments, proactive work order entry, execution timeliness and follow up.
Guarantees services requested by occupants and visitors related Customer Experience are provided, complying with the response times defined on the Response Priority Matrix.
Identify insights from data on FSC requests to enhance customer experience.
Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective Class A building general cleaning and janitorial services within the agreed upon service levels for customer facing and non-customer facing areas at MS sites.
Coordinate maintenance of all existing, new, and replacement interior plants according to MS design language.
Ensures that only healthy plants are displayed on site.
Conducts periodic inspections to ensure spaces are clean and tidy.
Desired experience and technical skills
2-3 years' experience leading Housekeeping & Janitorial teams, preferably over 20 persons
Required
Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar bachelor's degree or higher.
Preferred
English as second language
Certifications related to Industry Standards, Customer Services, ISO, Project Management, etc.
