**Job Description**:
PURPOSE OF POSITION:

- The Workday Technical Analyst will report to the Workday Technical Analyst Lead as part of the wider Workday Implementation Project Team. The role will contribute to and support the execution and configuration of the Workday HCM in the area Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll and Benefits with a support role in HCM configuration. This will include but not be limited to solution design, testing and deployment.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- System Expertise- Pre-existing experience with Workday Absence, Time Tracking, including Core HCM and a continuous strive to deepen your knowledge and understanding of the Workday system and environment.-
- Pre-existing experience or understanding of Workday Payroll and Benefits.- Data Preparation- During the deployment of new functionality or of Workday to new offices in the World Vision Partnership use EIB's to prepare and load new data into Workday.-
- Work in partnership with stakeholders to ensure the data integrity, completeness, accuracy, consistency and currency during these activities.-
- The experience and ability to resolve Errors and Validate Data Migration.- System Configuration- Working knowledge and experience configuring Workday Core HCM and Absence, Time Tracking.-
- Ideally working knowledge and experience configuring Workday payroll and benefits.-
- Support in the planning, design and configuration of new Workday functionality and enhancements in the areas of HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll and Benefits including business process configuration and condition rules.-
- Resolve service requests, issues and defects and escalated cases in relation to Workday.- System Testing
- System adoption, Integrations & Security- Support change management activities by inputting into user procedures, guidelines, documentation and training materials produced by other internal resources so that internal clients can properly use and understand new processes and functionality.-
- Interface management. Awareness of how changes and developments will impact any integrations, working with other internal resources to facilitate the smooth creation/ updates of integrations.-
- Security management. Awareness of how changes and developments will impact any security considerations, working with other internal resources to facilitate the smooth creation/ updates of any security.- Project Tracking- Coordinate, develop, and execute the plans according to the project schedule and key deliverables.-
- Track and report on progress against the project plan.-
- Plan daily activities and tasks to complete work according to expected time schedules and deadlines.- REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in Absence and Time Tracking including Core HCM Configuration-
- Experience with Excel and Workday EIB's-
- Minimum of 3 years or more in a similar configuration role working with Workday in area of expertise-
- Good written and spoken English.-
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Information Technology or similar.-
- Other languages are a bonus, particularly Spanish, French or Portuguese.-
- Demonstrated ability to think independently, analytically, problem solve, deliver solutions and results by recommending best practices.-
- Ability to prioritise workload and provide timeline follow-up and resolution to manage multiple high-priority assignments while meeting deadlines and quality standards.-
- Strong business acumen within a technical environment-
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.-
- High curiosity and desire to learn, highly motivated.-
- Proficient computer skills with current technology, i.e. MS Office and other productivity or project management tools and can be a quick learner to larger enterprise systems.-
- Able to work in team, collaborate effectively and build relationships.-
- Proficient and demonstrated understanding of P&C (HR) and P&C business systems & processes and a solid understanding of the dynamics of how P&C functions within a global context.-
- Ability to offer input on issues and challenge the status quo/conventional wisdom.Applicant Types Accepted:
