The role supports our Global Workforce Mobility program, involving the service management for Immigration, Relocation, Global employee Taxes as well as Travel Card & Expenses areas.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible to support/run the audits, reconciliations of suppliers and employees' payments related to the Global Workforce Mobility Programs.
- Utilizes forensic audits, systems and reporting to detect instances of pending/missing payments, fraud, illegal financial activity or Code of Conduct violations.
- Support DTPs (desktop procedure) documentation in line with operational delivery.
- Follows BCP (business continuity plan) requirements and drills.
- Supports quality initiatives such as BPM (business process management), quality defects and collaborating on root cause analysis.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, human resources, Industrial Engineer or a related field.
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Intermediate to Advance English level, verbal and written
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with audits and or risk and controls management
- Experience with Accounts Payable and or Accounting
- Project Management knowledge
- Power BI experience
- Creative and critical thinker
- Strong customer orientation
- Efficient working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills and adaptable on the usage of multiple tools
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Structured problem solving and root cause analysis skills

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
