**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for administration of all servers related to the Cisco Telephony installation including Cisco UCCE, Unity, Call Manager.
- Design, administer, and support Cisco Telephony systems.
Work with onsite/support staff to develop Cisco Telephony systems so that they support the initiatives of the business.
- Provide technical administration and support for systems and network issues as they relate to the Cisco Telephony systems.
- Provide support of core Cisco Telephony Systems, to include development, testing, and deployment of configurations to core systems to support new and existing clients, core system upgrades and custom development within the telephony environments.
- Provide technical administration and support for Calabrio call and desktop recording.
- Onboard new users into Cisco telephony infrastructure.
- Maintain Cisco telephony user account infrastructure and coordinate security of Cisco telephony systems installation with Information Security Team.
- Backup Cisco telephony systems and coordinate backup process with the rest of IT.
- Cooperate with IT staff on all initiatives including after-hours support.
- Other tasks and projects as assigned.
- Technical acumen.

- Open dialogue with business leaders to facilitate input and drive improvements.
- Manage and maintain all related hardware.

- Experience working with telco providers

**MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:

- 3-5 years of experience supporting Cisco phone systems in complex environment.
- 3-5 years of experience with Cisco UCCE, ICM, CVP, Voice Routing and Cisco based technologies required.
- 3-5 years of experience with server administration of Cisco UCCE (Finesse/CUIC)/Call Manager/IVR systems required.
- Experience with Calabrio call and desktop recording tools a plus.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology or like specialty strongly desired.
- Experience with automation and implementation of automation systems is considered a plus.
- Voice Engineers focused on network engineering should have experience with CUBE configuration, voice gateway configuration, dial plan design, and network and voice troubleshooting.
