We offer our services to small-and-medium-sized businesses in the United States. Unlike other types of call center work, we do not do telemarketing, sales, technical support, or collections. We help our clients with message taking, appointment setting, live call interpretation, lead capture and more. - Advanced English (C1 or higher) and Spanish
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- A high school diploma
- Strong soft skills, empathy, friendly demeanor, helpfulness
- Attention to detail and active listening
- Availability to work one weekend day
- Reliable and stable

**Work from Home Privilege**:
