**About the Role**
As a **Vendor Relations Coordinator **, you will play a critical role in facilitating and enhancing our vendor relationships, supporting vendor programs, and managing the lifecycle of products and services. You will be the go-to person for the sales teams, providing essential support in quoting, deal registration, pricing, and up-selling opportunities. Your expertise in vendor programs, pricing structures, and product knowledge will be invaluable in driving revenue growth and ensuring the smooth execution of partnerships.
**What You'll Do**
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor programs, building strong and lasting relationships with multiple-tier vendors.
- Works closely with management in order to resolve escalated issues with customers pertaining to supplier orders and quotes as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in vendor programs and pricing structures to effectively support sales teams and end-users.
- Provide accurate and timely quotes for products and services, considering pricing guidelines and program terms.
- Tests existing solutions and creates training materials and resources for users to optimize product adoption and usage.
- Determine and communicate lead times and delivery expectations based on product availability, build lead time times, etc.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Perform deal registration processes with vendors to secure and protect sales opportunities.
- Provide hands-on support to sales teams in crafting quotes, addressing customer inquiries, and identifying up-selling possibilities.
- May collaborate with sales representatives to develop effective strategies for increasing revenue through partner programs.
- May identify upsell opportunities during the quoting process and collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue potential.
**What We're Looking For**
- +1 Years of relevant work experience
- English proficiency (written and oral skills) - **Required**:
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Possesses strong data entry skills.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.

- Associate Degree with Business, IT, or related Field of Study preferred.
