Our iGaming division is experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking a dedicated Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for managing and onboarding affiliates for our iGaming operations. This role offers the opportunity to help drive the success of our affiliate program, and a chance to lead it.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit affiliates to expand our network
Build and maintain relationships with existing affiliates. We already have big affiliates onboarded for you to manage.
Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements and commission structures
Provide ongoing support and assistance to affiliates
Analyze performance data and optimize affiliate campaigns
Keep affiliate material up to date
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
Previous experience in affiliate marketing or iGaming
Fluent in English (beginner to intermediate level)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to negotiate
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to understand and interpret data to make informed decisions and drive profitability;
Experience with CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and other affiliate deals
Good analytics and fraud management skills.
