US Production is the end to end owner of the payroll run, they are accountable for ensuring that all inputs loaded into Workday are processed with accuracy and on a time. In order to achieve that, laser focus, exquisite coordination and close partnership are a must. Payroll Production works with a One Intel mindset and a Customer Obsessed approach to guarantee that our US employees receive their compensation in a flawless manner. In this position you will work closely with internal and external HR stakeholders, handle escalations, exceptions and ad hoc requests in a structured manner and perform end to end analysis to resolve issues while continuing to look for improvements/ efficiencies in standard processes.

**A Payroll Production Analyst needs to be ready to work in an environment that requires**:

- Strong stakeholder management: Assumes and assigns accountability, collaborates with the team in taking all their opinions into account and builds bridges with the different teams involved in the processes design and execution.
- Systems aptitude: mainly Workday and its connections. Utilizes procedures and tools to execute high performance activities with efficiency; and fully understands the flow of information and the down/upstream impact of their work.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Must be an active student of, or must possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
- 3+ years of payroll experience
- Basic knowledge of with Business Process Management and LEAN practices
- Advanced English level and communications skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of US payroll experience (end-to-end process)
- Workday knowledge and technical systems experience

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
