The **Senior Human Resources Business Partner **leads the creation and execution of the human capital strategy for a medium to large organization including elements such as talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, organizational health, and employee relations to enable the organization to reach its business objectives.
**What you'll do**
- Partner with line leaders of the assigned organization to define and execute the human capital strategy and/or execute elements of site-wide and/or cross-functional strategies to enable the organization to reach its business objectives.
- Lead the overall talent management process including headcount management, top talent identification, talent development, succession planning, rewards systems, and performance management as well as organizational health initiatives including employee sensing and employee engagement programs.
- Provides counsel and support to line leaders on the execution of HR processes and/or management of employee relations cases and acts as a point of contact for employee concerns and/or questions.
- Partners with HR specialty areas such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and HR operations to execute the strategy and action plan.
- May coach less-experienced members of the HR team
**What experience you need**
- 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role supporting large technology teams (300+ employees) in multinational companies within the Shared Services and/or BPO segments
- College degree in Human Resources and/or relevant field
- Fully bilingual Spanish/English; proficiency level B2+ or higher (Belt)
