Ui/Ux Designer

**Responsibilities**:- Work with agile scrum teams on a SaaS product creating user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly.- Collaborate with Product Management to understand user needs, business objectives, and product requirements.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts.- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.- Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs is consistent with the vision.- Maintain design systems and ensure a consistent look and feel across all products.- Host design reviews and incorporate feedback into designs**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.- 3 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and development.- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product Management and Development.- Excellent visual design skills with a focus on fit and finish.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
