**About the job UI/UX Designer**:**UI/UX Designer****Responsibilities**:- Conduct user research to inform design decisions.- Develop prototypes and low-fidelity wireframes.- Create graphic designs for various projects.**Qualifications**:- 3+ years of UI/UX experience, emphasizing Mobile First and B2C.- 5+ years of overall design experience.- Proficiency in HTML & CSS design.- Experience with data-driven design optimization, including A/B testing.**Preferred Skills and Experience**:- Ability to translate designs into user stories.- Familiarity with web analytics, particularly Google Analytics.- Working knowledge of Content Management Systems (e.g., Wordpress, Wix).***English: B2+ proficiency required.
