**The Opportunity**
This position works out of our Alajuela, Coyol location in the Vascular division that provides innovative, mínimally invasive, and cost-effective products for the treatment of vascular disease.
**What You'll Do**
- Overseeing the Training activities and personnel of one or more suites.
- Collaborates with different/multiple areas to predict training needs (ie: new hires, transfers, new process), planning of training/qualification events and administration of learning curves.
- Develop action plans to achieve the assigned area goals. Establish process metrics, analyze trends and react to them on time to maintain area under control.
- Coach, motivate and enhance the morale and self-esteem of ops Training personnel. Manage performance in the area and support personnel development.
- Maintains a high level of product quality by ensuring training is performed in full compliance with the Quality System, EHS System and all procedural requirements.
- Manages projects for the area that required a high level of planning, budget management, organization and influence with different areas and grades.
- Coordination of labor, materials, equipment, and tooling to perform training at the dedicated training areas maximizing capacity and results.
- Continually search for improvement in the training methods, process and materials.
- Support New product introduction.
**Shift: Admin (Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)**

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, or Engineering
- 4 years of related experience, 3 years as a supervisor
- Advanced commands of English
- It can use and develop Excel spreadsheets, presentations and documents.
- Understanding of OPEX/Lean concepts such us line balance, constraint theory, process flow map, continuous improvement and problem-solving tools( DMAIC, fishbone diagram, 5 Whys, etc.).
- Training process and methodologies under a regulated environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Manufacturing operations supervisor or Training supervisor experience preferred.
