**Responsibilities**:
- Help coordinate governance and the facilitation of the execution of the Manager Control Assessment (MCA); responsible for various aspects of risk and control including, MCA controls, tracking, monitoring and escalation
- Conduct tracking, monitoring and analysis of risk and associated controls to identify root cause and collaborate with peers and management to escalate findings with solutions to mitigate risk/control issues
- Provide support to business managers and product staff
- Interface with Internal Audit (IA) and external audit to provide reporting, training artifacts as needed
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- Acts as Annual Training Coordinator; responsible for ICRM Training Needs Assessment process coordinated by PBWM ICRM Training; engage with applicable business partners and/or Workforce Management to establish projected launch dates and audience sizes for each course required to be assigned by the ATC. Maintain Accurate Schedule throughout the Training Year, identify required audience using Managed Segment and/or other "Dynamic" identifiers. Identify the managed segment/GOC codes representing that function/group, assign all required courses in LMS.
- Provide support for post-class surveys and maintain action plans to address feedback
- Responsible for managing all Records Management for Training Program
**Qualifications**:
- 5-8 years of experience.
- Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) & Learning Insights Tool (LIR)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding relationship building
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
- Self-motivated and detail oriented

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
