We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team.
You will play a leading role in identifying and engaging top technical talent in a creative way, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as an organization.
**What you will be doing**:
- Assist with the development of recruiting strategies that meet anticipated delivery hiring plan in Costa Rica
- Be responsible for the full life cycle technical recruitment for our consulting and engineering delivery team
- Be a trusted recruiting advisor
- Source, screen, and interview job applicants to get information on their work history, skills, training and education, and inform them of the position's duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits and working conditions
- You will work closely with the US and Costa Rica talent team and other key stakeholders to make sure we attract and hire the best talent
- Collaborate and share knowledge and practices with the local and global Talent team
- Recommend and drive improvements to scale our overall recruiting practice
- Package and present performance and quality of hiring pipelines for hiring managers
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, psychology, information technology or a related field
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast paced environment
- Technical knowledge to be able to talk to prospects and understand qualifications
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and programs (Lever, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships
- English proficiency is a must
