Are you up for it?
**Responsibilities**:

Work with both inbound and outbound customer contacts in a fun and team-oriented environment.
- Provide a positive and supportive experience for every costumer you speak with when answering questions about their treatment.
- Contact costumers to remind them to continue with the treatment process (next aligner).
- Focused on first contact resolution in all customer interactions.
- Take the assigned portable computer home every day, in order to maintain connectivity to SDC and ability to perform required tasks offsite if required.
Qualifications:
**It will really make us smile if you have**
- English proficiency C1 (Written and Speaking) required.
- Proficient computer navigation skills required.
- Manages Ambiguity.
- Attention to detail.
- Team player.
- Time management skills.
- Stress management.
