**What You'll Do**

Serves as the affiliates (Central America and Caribbean) Talent and Organization Consulting (TOC) Consultant. Plans, executes, and delivers talent and organization strategies and interventions for the respective affiliates across different businesses:

- Developing organizational strategy to support the execution of divisional strategy and the unique business needs of the affiliate.
- Determining how talent and organization solutions are used to achieve long-term business success and add value to meet organizational needs.
- Analyzing, designing, and delivering a range of talent and organization solutions and designing and implementing performance improvement interventions to meet employee and organizational needs
- Implementing global, divisional, and regional talent management strategies and interventions within the affiliate

**Core Job Responsibilities**
- Work with division business and HR leaders to assess, diagnose, plan and implement strategic talent and organization solutions to support business strategy.
- Acts as a partner with BHR and business leaders to provide talent & organization support to achieve the business objectives. This may include organization/ team effectiveness, focus groups, leadership development and change management.
- Leads and/or participate in talent management-related activities at the affiliate level to strengthen our intentional development of talent and our talent pipeline
- Uses BHR and business input to ID and develop L&D needs, prepare and execute capability plans.
- In coordination with L&D and BHR executes regional and local Key Talent Programs
- Measures and reports the impact of talent and organization interventions using evaluation, metrics, focus groups and performance results.
- Provides consulting support to BHR and/or key customers and stakeholders on executing key talent and organization strategies.

**Position Accountability / Scope**

Reports to the Manager of Talent and Organization Consulting (TOC) for Colombia, Ecuador, CENAM & Caribbean and works directly with the local HR Directors. Interacts and partners with:

- Business leaders including: General Managers, Site Directors, and other leaders
- HR including: Regional/Affiliate BHR and HR Directors
- TOC Consulting, L&D and Talent Management practice center colleagues

**Required**
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree. Master's degree in Talent Management, L&D, OD, or related field or MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years of progressive talent development experience in a variety of disciplines including OD, consulting, org design, training, leadership development, talent management, performance management, and change management. Experience working in large, complex global organizations. Experience in large professional services consulting or in an internal consulting capacity is preferred.
- Advanced level of English
- Hybrid position, availability to work in Coyol, Alajuela and Santa Ana sites
