**DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for a dedicated Safety Administrator to join our team, ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency across our fleet. This role is pivotal in maintaining compliance with regulations and supporting our drivers through effective monitoring and administrative support.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitoring the Motive System (ELD), ensuring drivers' compliance with Hours of Service and Form & Manner regulations, and promptly addressing safety events such as speeding or hard braking incidents.
- Assist drivers with ELD troubleshooting, provide training on system usage, and manage driver and vehicle data updates.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, arrange road services, and liaise with mechanics and service providers to ensure timely resolution of equipment issues.
- Updating driver information systems, monitoring document expirations, and supporting the hiring/onboarding process for new drivers and owner operators.

**OTHER**
- Hybrid position. Must go to the Office twice a week. (Belén, Heredia)
- WFH available. (Availability to receive training a few days on site if required by operational necessity)
