**Role**:
Join the forefront of change as a pivotal member of the Enterprise Applications and Transformation Office (EATO) Change Team. As the Systems and Tools Training Lead, you will play a crucial role in encouraging the learning and adoption of key high visibility programs across modalities, such as virtual instructor-led training, e-learning, job aids, and video content.
**Responsibilities**:
Curriculum Development:
- Design and develop training programs tailored for Salesforce, Anaplan, Clari, and other essential tools, catering to various skill levels and roles within our organization.
- Collaborate closely with other Splunkers including EATO Change Managers, Transformation Leads, Change Champions, and Operations, to assess training needs and integrate real-world examples into tool-based training.
**Delivery and Engagement**:
- Conduct interactive training sessions through various mediums, including live virtual sessions, webinars, and on-demand modules.
- Lead the delivery of live and virtual enablement programs for Splunk systems, tools, and process enablement, ranging from foundational courses to reinforcing existing functionalities.
**Evaluation**:
- Collaborate to assess the efficiency of learning experiences and implement post-training improvements to existing materials and reinforcement activities.
**Global Collaboration**:
- Coordinate, schedule and conduct training sessions across time zones to meet the needs of our global client base.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Partner with other EATO team members to improve demos and short engagements as part of our standard program delivery.
**Support**:
- Provide hands-on support during transformational roll-outs of new functionality and/or features.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience in training and development, with a preference for 2+ years of experience in a field sales or customer experience role.
- Familiarity with sales processes.
- Proficiency in key sales systems and tools, such as Anaplan, Clari, **with a strong emphasis on Salesforce.**:
- Proven ability to manage multiple courses, training deliverables, and course deliveries simultaneously, ensuring fast turnaround and rapid development.
- Comfortable leading engaging environments for 100+ learners in both virtual and limited in-person settings.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, and adapt to growth and change.
- Openness to new ideas and creativity in finding solutions to enhance training effectiveness.
- Willingness to deliver virtual courses at convenient times across at least two of the Americas, Europe, or Asia-Pacific.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally if needed.
**Education**:
- Substantial relevant on-the-job experience or Bachelor's degree/foreign equivalent in a related discipline, demonstrating a proven record of quickly learning new systems and tools.
