System Computer Technician

In this role, you will be responsible for the distributing and maintaining of laptop and desktop computers within a corporate business setting.
You will work on the installation, troubleshooting, configuration, system updates, software installations, and repair of the corporate computer estate.
This role represents the Enterprise IT Organization supporting the regular flow of business, IT projects, and tasks.
**A snapshot of this opportunity**
- Swap out and upgrade all hardware components of a desktop and laptop PC
- Create new and modify existing documents, including training documentation
- Manage system status, taking steps to proactively improve performance and reliability as directed per established policies and procedures
- Install, configure and troubleshoot company approved software
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex computer issues supporting and troubleshooting PCs and other IT systems
- Strictly adhere to and enforce established corporate security policies
- Develop, Interpret and Follow Written IT Policies and Procedures
- Follow all enterprise IT policies and procedures
**How You Can Set Yourself Apart**
- Experienced with Microsoft Business Software Applications and Other Communication tools, IT certifications a plus
- Extensive Technical Experience in a 24 x 7 IT Environment
- Strong knowledge of MS Active Directory, GPOs, and Windows operating systems
- Working knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP and OSI computing models
- Experience with MS O365, PC imaging, and deployment of multiple systems
- Experience with MS cloud-based solutions Azure / Azure AD / MEM a plus!
- Working knowledge of CRM (IT case management systems) and maintaining established SLAs
- Ability and willingness to work 24/7 on-call rotation and travel
