We are seeking individuals passionate about the development and support of VDI infrastructure for our clients employees. This is an exciting opportunity for those interested in technologies such as VMware Horizon or Azure Virtual Desktop.

Your Impact:

- ** Infrastructure Management**: Join a team responsible for managing both on-premises and cloud infrastructure with a focus on Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
- ** Performance Monitoring**: Utilize various monitoring tools to ensure the platform performs as expected.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Work on ongoing enhancements to the VDI to better serve internal customers across the entire business.
- ** Global Team Collaboration**: Be a part of an established team distributed across the US, EU, and APAC regions.

Main Stack:

- ** Windows, Active Directory (AD), and GPO**: Administration experience is required.
- ** VMware and VMware Horizon**: Hands-on experience is necessary.
- ** Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)**: Experience is a plus.
- ** Data-Based Decisions**: Ability to make decisions using KPIs.
- ** Effective Communication**: Ability to communicate effectively across different time zones.
- ** Communication Skills**: Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage various levels of stakeholders.
