**You will make an impact by**:
- Provide strategic guidance, manage and oversee the work of assigned IT GSD operational team. Supervise employees and IT activities including assessing daily process of assigned area.
- Develop routine resolutions as needed to improve metrics achievement while optimizing Customer Service efforts; assure documentation content is valid. -Oversee the scheduling of work orders and team performance metrics. -Participate in improvement projects.

**What you'll need (required)**:
- Bachelor's Degree (University) with internship or substantial technical knowledge
- Sufficient experience related to IT Required
- Good English level
**What else we look for (preferred)**:
- Experience with a ticketing system (example: ServiceNow)
- Experience working in a medical device industry Preferred
- Experience working in multi-cultural teams with cultural sensitivity
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite with working knowledge of related systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills; possessing strong collaboration skills in partnering with cross functional stakeholders in order to achieve objectives
- Good knowledge of processes and procedures related to assigned phase within assigned area of responsibility
- Good understanding of processes and equipment used in assigned work
- Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment
- Ability to lead teams, provide coaching and feedback, including responsibility for all employee actions including hire/fire authority and partnering with HR on all aspects of employee relations
