The Cash Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of Cash Application Specialists to maintain consistent performance in the resolution of Cash Applications, In-House Deposits, Bank Recons, Customer Refunds, Journal Entries, FX Transactions, Unapplied Cash, and Month-end activities.
The Cash Applications and Payment Supervisor will handle the team's escalated issues and be assigned accounts for the resolution of escalated cash issues.
This position is remote eligible and reports to the Manager of Cash Applications and payments in Bellevue, WA.

**You Will**:

- Oversee the daily activities related to the postings of payments to customer accounts, research and resolution of unapplied cash, Journal Entries, and identifying customers for automated cash
- Report the organization's daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow
- Assist in deposit reconciliations from the lockbox, Bank Accounts, and Credit Card Processors
- Maintain the process of refunds for overpayments on customer accounts
- Supervise a team of Cash Application Specialists, and monitor breaks and schedules
- Work with Cash Specialists to answer questions and to help them reach their goals
- Assist in ongoing training and development for Cash Specialists
- Handle disputes and escalations in accordance with Company policy for resolving issues
- Keep up-to-date knowledge, understanding, and compliance with Company policies and procedures
- Recommend process improvements for efficiencies and best practices
- Preparation of ad hoc cash reports for the revenue stream, amounts, and currencies.
- Provide proactive feedback to management concerning potential problems and recommendations for improvement
- Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure and investigate methods of improving the cash team

**You Have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is highly preferred
- 5+ years in a similar Cash Applications role and 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong technology/systems skills
- Understanding of complex work systems, including bugs fixes and troubleshooting
- Demonstrated a high level of skill with Microsoft Office and G Suite
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Opscon experience a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and with a high level of accuracy with an ability to handle multiple project timelines at once
