Sysco Technology is looking for a Sr. Workforce Strategy Analyst to join the Technology Talent Programs team. In this role, you will be working with leaders across the organization and with our human resources partners to identify the talent, skills, and competencies we need to support our Recipe for Growth strategy today and tomorrow. Your thoughtful analyses and recommendations will feed into building our workforce strategy plan, which will define how we leverage our existing talent programs, what we can build internally, and what talent we need to bring in from the outside. To ensure our strategy is effective and does not become stale, you will need to routinely evaluate and assess our workforce needs against our strategy and provide recommendations as needed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate working sessions with Technology leaders to assess our future workforce needs, uncover skill and competency gaps, and identify areas for opportunity.
- Analyze and interpret data collected and present findings and recommendations using data visualization and storytelling techniques.
- Build a data-driven strategic plan and roadmap that outlines how we plan to support our future workforce demands.
- Develop evaluation criteria and assessment tools to measure our success and track our progress to enable us to enhance our programs and strategy as needed.
- Support the execution of our workforce strategy, roadmap, and Tech Talent Program initiatives as required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and 5 years related experience.
- Experience with strategic workforce planning is preferred.
- Strong PowerPoint skills - not only can create content but can also use the data to tell the story with compelling graphics.
- Strong Excel skills
- Must be inquisitive, think critically, and be able to effectively communicate ideas and findings.
- Must be curious and have experience researching and evaluating workforce data and analyzing trends.
- Work will be completed in a standard office environment following standard operating hours. Some overtime may be needed to support critical projects/ initiatives. No travel required.
- Able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Attend and conduct conference and video calls across different time zones and locations.
- Expected to work independently, while also able to collaborate within the team and throughout the Technology organization across various levels.
