The Senior Treasury Analyst will play a critical role in the Treasury Department, with a focus on debt capital markets, interest rate risk, foreign exchange (FX) risk management, and free cash flow (FCF) forecasting. This position will support the AVP of Treasury in analyzing, assessing, and managing the company's financial risks and opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Debt Capital Markets: Assist in the management of the company's debt portfolio. Monitor the debt markets for trends and opportunities. Participate in the execution of financing transactions.
- Interest Rate Risk: Evaluate the company's exposure to interest rate fluctuations. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to mitigate these risks.
- FX Risk Management: Analyze and manage the company's exposure to FX risk. Implement hedging strategies as necessary.
- Free Cash Flow Forecasting: Coordinate with various departments to develop accurate and timely FCF forecasts to aid in financial decision-making and strategy development.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies. Assist in the automation, development and maintenance of treasury-related financial models and analytics.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or related field. Experience in debt capital markets, interest rate risk management, FX risk management, and cash flow forecasting is highly desired.
- Proficient in treasury management systems; REVAL is a plus
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision making.
- Excellent financial modeling skills and proficiency in financial software tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation is a plus.
