**Your role at Baxter**
The C2C Analyst is responsible for providing support in managing the Customer Data Management and Credit processes for the customers of all sales channel supported by the regional SSC. Responsibilities also include occasional formal relationship management with the business stakeholders, GPOs and other GBS functions.

**What you'll be doing**
- Keep up to date with global credit best practices, trends, and technology improvements; provide guidance and design innovative credit risk management solutions for the organization
- Good customer communication skills
- Evaluate and release orders on hold which were not automatically released based on predefined automation rules
- Constantly monitor the credit release and automation rules and enhance the criteria to ensure high-level of automation
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable specialists regarding customer status and scenarios
- Provide support on master data management methodologies and techniques applicable.
- Ensures master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the master data quality.
- Support standardization and process improvement activities to reduce complexity, eliminate errors and improve the quality of outputs and transactions
- Identifying, defining, and implementing process improvements.
- Identify and present solutions for continuous process improvements to Customer Data Management Lead
- Keep up to date with master data management best practices and technology improvements and identify opportunities to implement those.
**What you'll bring**
- Excellent problem solving, and customer service skills
- Functional knowledge of the accounts receivable and dispute management processes.
- Adaptable to new ideas and ways of accomplishing tasks
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient in using JDE and or similar ERP, C2C Technology (advantage)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
- Proven track record in master data management and improvements.
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or similar work experience.
- 2+ years experience in SSC or similar role
