Sr. Human Resources Specialist

Responsibilities include managing talent attraction and retention; designing competitive compensation and benefits plans; managing employee relations; leading performance management processes; ensuring talent management; supporting culture and leadership development. Some key responsibilities include:- Support the deployment of the talent management process, ensuring all stages are completed.- Lead the recruitment of managerial or high-impact technical positions.- Provide constant coaching to people managers on labor relations and promote compliance with policies and procedures.- Lead Engagement initiatives, creating and executing action plans that have an impact on the company.- Create best practices in human resources processes, which can be replicated to the rest of the sites.- Support internal and external audit processes.- Lead high impact projects for process improvement in the area.**Requirements**:- Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related areas.- Demonstrated high performance of at least 4 years in generalist roles- Preferred experience of at least 2 years in highly regulated at the manufacturing industry- C1 level in English- Demonstrated experience supervising personnel- High competencies in creating collaborative environment, leadership, problem solving and exceptional communication abilities at all levels**Benefits**Highly competitive package
