**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administerscore human resource processes including employment, labor and employeerelations, compensation, benefits, performance management and workforceplanning within a specific business unit or subsidiary
- Collaborate with leadership of the business unit or subsidiary on strategic and tactical human resources issues
- Administersapproved company-wide employee relations policies and practices.
- Workswith managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relationsissues.
- Servesas consultantto management on major matters pertaining to policies,
plans, and objectives
- Preparesreports and analyzes data from human resource information systems forinformation reporting and management decision making
- Develops internal communication materials regarding benefits, compensation, and other human resources policies and procedures or other internal businessissues
- Willprovide functional guidance, advice and/or training to business partners
this position supports
- Willhandle individual employee issues as well as common systemic employee
matters
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor'sdegree,preferably in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field
- Master'sdegree inHR or related field is a plus
- Minimum5-7 years' experience in HR related field
- Seasoned professional that is concerned with problems that have a direct andimportant effect onbusiness programs and results
- Resourcefulandself-sufficient
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in the Englishlanguage
- ProficientinMicrosoft (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality atall times is critical
- Professionalcertification(PHR/SPHR) preferred
- Abilityto adapt to awide variety of situations and personalities
