At Philip Morris we are looking for a Collaborative, Planning, Forecast, & Replenishment (CPFR) Analyst to assure specialized management of Key Accounts Planning Forecast & Replenishment with a direct relationship with the client replenishment department. With the aim to strengthen client relationships and maximize profitable share and volume potential for both parties.
We are looking for someone that seeks cooperative management of inventory through joint visibility and replenishment of products throughout the supply chain. That can develop close working relationships with key customers, that allow us to integrate supply chain processes, related to both physical movement of goods and digital strategies. This person will be able to design CPFR processes and implement them within a select number of customers.
Your 'day to day
- Coordinate the consolidation and analysis of inventory and replenishment information, through the generation and review of reports, ensuring that the team is advised on risks and opportunities according to purchasing and sell out trends in each key account, mainly in Walmart.
- Participation in demand review meetings, meetings with the logistics and finance teams, where risks and opportunities are reviewed.
- Lead weekly meetings with sales teams to inform possibles risks and create effective solutions to mitigate them.
- Assure forecast, a correct distribution and availability in all key accounts point of sales.
- Coordinate monthly and weekly meetings with the key accounts and Walmart's replenishment teams, accordingly to the conditions and variables in the points of sales and accounts KPIs.
- Generate weekly DHOs reports for each key account and analyzed their DHOs, subsequently create suggestions of replenishment to the accounts' replenishment teams.
- Represent customer forecasts in business review meetings and perform forecasting accuracy analysis to improve fill rate service levels.
- Understand customer performance metrics regarding forecasting, inventory and order management.
- Identify supply chain efficiency opportunities that facilitate better customer KPI performance.
Qualifications & experience:
- Minimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent required. A focused degree in Supply Chain, Business, Computer Science, or another related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of proven CPFR experience in consumer goods company
- Good time management and follow-up skills, including, the ability to effectively balance quality and quantity of output.
- Team player with demonstrated ability to contribute to and foster a positive team environment while working across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with MS excel advanced analytics and visualization tools like PowerBI.
- Sales and negotiation experience required.
- Experience working with merchandisers is preferred.
- Wide Retail Link knowledge.
