The Ratings Operations and Controls (ROC) is an organization within the Moody's Investor Services credit rating agency of the Moody's Corporation.
ROC is at the core of supporting the credit rating process.
As a member of the ROC team, this role is a part of the Regulatory Support & Controls (RSC) area within RSC.
The role is responsible for mastering knowledge of the MIS Record Retention Policy and Procedures and supporting operational processes to comply with the Policy, Procedures, and internal guidance related to rating process artefacts.
The role will require a level of mastery of MIS applications used to support the operational rating process with a focus on the systems utilized to manage the electronic records.
Responsibilities Description: The tasks described below are essentially a combination of document management, process understanding, compliance, reporting, and mentoring.
Let's look at each of these elements and how they might be undertaken: Provide daily operational support to file electronic rating process documentation and artefacts within MIS applications with a focus on document management systems partnering with the broader global team.
Develop an understanding of the end-to-end credit rating process and documentation/artefacts involved in the process.
Develop subject matter expertise with MIS Record Retention Policy, procedures, as well as other credit rating regulatory requirements and associated processes.
Perform monthly completeness checks according to established processes.
Create and provide reporting for work related tasks as well as individual activities.

Serve as a senior team member able to provide guidance and training to junior team members.
Participate, collaborate and deliver projects and/or special work assignments provided.
