What You'll Do Job Duties Include (but not limited to): Accounts payable.
Accounts receivable.
Payroll and benefits processing.
Paying expenditures.
Billing services.
Recording income and deposits.
Balancing accounts.
Reconciling bank and credit card statements.
Managing past-due accounts.
Preparing financial statements.
Managing payroll.
Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements).
Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies.
Perform month-end and year-end close.
Requirements Candidate must be based in Latam.
Possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills ( C1/C2 Level ).
Degree in Accounting.
5-7 years' experience with Quickbooks Online .
Ability to utilize and maintain accounting related software platforms ( Bill.com , payroll provider platforms, SaaS Optics, etc.)
Minimum of 5 years responsible accounting or bookkeeping experience including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger and financial reports.
Exceptional organizational skills and other critical success factors.
Ability to deal with various personalities, cooperate with team members and work under pressure.
Primary values must include objectivity, accuracy, patience, meticulous attention to details, goal-orientation and quality output.
Experience working with small businesses in under 50 mil in annual revenue.
Experience managing and leading a team of 2+ Staff Accountant and Bookkeeper.
