How You Will Achieve It
- Govern and monitor process consistency, accuracy, and standardization.
- Define and enhance SAP Process Control governance and operational model.
- Maintain and support technical changes and operational activities.
- Manage, track, and govern operational activities and responsibilities.
- Ensure ongoing process improvement and collaborate with appropriate stakeholders.
- Perform a self-assessment review to ensure operation process is followed and executed in accordance with the SOPs.
- Support system implementation and deployments.
- Maintain, execute, and perform controls.
- Take accountability to communicate relevant and timely information to management and other compliance functions and stakeholders.
- Foster a work climate/culture within the team that exemplifies the Pfizer Core Values.
- Maintain, execute, and perform controls.

**Qualifications**:
Must-Have
- Related work experience in Business Processes, Audit, Business Technology and Finance Compliance
- Bachelor's Degree in Business discipline, Finance, Computer Science, or other related field is preferred
- Broad knowledge of finance and accounting; excellent analytical skills
- Experience managing multiple tasks, competing priorities and conflicts
- Experience with problem solving situations; includes approaches used, tools, tactics used; managing for effective outcomes.

- Excellent communication skills
