**Summary**:
The SR Analyst PM is responsible to support and lead Baxter initiatives utilizing industry-standard Program Management principles. This role is responsible to lead medium to large projects, small to medium programs or supporting large, complex programs from initiation to final implementation and ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Support multiple strategic initiatives across Baxter, both global and local in nature
- Develop, communicate, and implement detailed program plans to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, risk, action, issue, and decision (RAID) management plans and strategies
- Assist in defining and establishing appropriate project scope and objectives based on size and complexity of program
- Monitor resource availability and allocation across workstreams to ensure project success
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate data, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed
- Successfully manage the relationships with all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
**Education and/or Experience**:
- Bachelor degree complete in Administration, Accounting or related areas.
- 3+ years working experience in project management
- Ability to communicate in fluent English both verbally and in writing
- Project Management Certification - PMP, PMI or Prince2 Practitioner
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Self-starter - ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
**Desirable**:
- Financial services experience a plus
- Lean-Six Sigma certification
- Scrum Master certification
- Fluency in or working knowledge of other languages in the region supported
