Leads MBA traffic operations for XPL Events, Monthly Evergreen flips, and other ad-hoc gateway takeovers. It owns the project intake and cross-project/event calendar planning, project scoping, on-time milestone completion, in-project issue resolutions, builder execution, stakeholder communication, performance reporting, and process improvement. It requires advanced program management skillsets to effectively coordinate the delivery of hundreds of inputs and assets from 20+ stakeholder teams and 100+ individual stakeholders in preparation for launches. This role works in direct partnership with the L6 MBA NA homepage manager and multiple L5/L6 XDIME managers. It also manages project change requests (campaign and content additions/subtractions) and elicits high judgment to determine when project changes can be accepted, triaged, rejected, or escalated.
Key job responsibilities
This role also proactively solicits feedback and continuously evaluates milestone performance to identify improvement opportunities in our playbooks, such as adding/subtracting steps (QA, Bug Bash, etc.) as necessary to deliver a perfect CX on time, while also optimizing operational cost. It owns the change management for all process updates, socializing, conducting training, and following up as necessary to ensure awareness and adoption of our best practices. The role needs to provide key visibility during the coordination of execution and homepage flips to leadership, and owns Events Operations section of XDM weekly Operation Readiness Meeting. This role partners with the MBA Core Tools PM to deliver tech improvements in Journeys that mitigate merchandising manual error risks, and/or save operational hours related to campaign builds and the QA/CBR steps.
This role collaborates with XDM management to create the framework, planning and finally execution of quality assurance outputs for MBA workstreams, this includes scoping, capacity calculation, SOP and template creation for execution. This entitles basic/medium understanding of GTM/SBU/Lage Scale workstreams understanding with the objective of better execution.
