ROLE SUMMARY- The Sr Analyst, Global HR Reporting Services role is part of the GBS Colleague Solutions Team and is primarily responsible for design, development, testing and troubleshooting activities related to HR Reporting and Dashboarding Solutions in Workday and SAP Business Objects- This position will report to the GBS, Global HR Reporting Services LeadROLE RESPONSIBILITIES- Development, testing and deployment of Workday and SAP Business Objects Reporting solutions supporting Self Service, Shared Services and Projects.- Responsible for fulfillment of HR Data and Reporting requests.- Actively monitor service requests, coordinate and engage cross function teams to avoid bottlenecks and escalate as necessary to ensure timely delivery.- Perform periodic and active monitoring on Reports (usage, issues and errors) and partner drive remediation observing Standard Operating Procedures.- Maintain, Update and Coordinate Standard Operating Procedures and supporting Documentation & publications for Services and Projects.- Coordinate with Project Consultants and ensure tasks and deliverables are prioritized, executed and completed on time.- Manage approvals for Data & Access requests in partnership with HR Service Center and HR Data Owners and Legal approvers.- Stay on top of Workday Community, features, and capabilities.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree- 2+ years of HRIS and/or HR Operations experience- 1+ years hands-on Workday HCM experience with experience in Workday report design/development (Report Writer Experience)- 1+ years hands-on SAP Business Objects design/development- Proven process design, analytical and problem-solving skills in a global cross-functional team environment.- Expertise in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel- Good communication, and interpersonal interaction skills- Basic knowledge of Data Privacy Regulations, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) etc.,PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Knowledge and experience in Workday business process, Reporting and Security Design.- Certification Preferred: Workday Reporting and Advanced Reporting, Workday HCM, Workday Security Fundamentals.- Knowledge and analytical understanding of Workday Security - Roles & User Based Security.- Strong functional understanding of the Workday solution and Software-as-a-Service environment- Self-motivated and flexible with the ability to work effectively and independently in a dynamic problem-solving environment.NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS- Ability to work Monday to Friday in a global environment which will require occasional off-hours conference call.- Ability to support on an exception basis off-hours service delivery escalations and emergencies, or other time sensitive project deliverables.- Ability to travel: 5-10%LI-PFEWork Location Assignment: FlexiblePfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.People ExperienceLI-PFE
