Role Responsibilities:Managing reporting & analysis projects, including research, design/development, testing, post-implementation review and everything in between.Remaining customer-focused by ensuring the customer input is considered in the design phase.Measuring and reporting data, including metrics and Key Performance Indicators to help improve our customer experience.Communicating between departments and performing other duties to support the wider team will allow you to contribute to responsibilities including strategic project tracking, reporting, and presentations.Role Requirements: Solid understanding of relational databases and writing SQL statements for different database clients (SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle).
Minimum of 2 years' experience.Experience with visualization tools (e. g., Power BI, Tableau).Experience with reporting tools would be an advantage.Strong problem solving, prioritization and conflict resolution skills.Fluent in English language.
