Module Application Process Specialists perform functions associated with the Software used to operate our Processes. Logs analysis, SW debugging, Communication -Network troubleshooting, data extraction, are part of the daily tasks at the Factory. The scope of this job is for professionals passioned by Operations Sustaining at a Manufacturing Facility.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Follow strong routines to ensure processes parameters are been followed at Software, PCs and Hardware level.
- Quick resolution to identify paths for data recovery.
- Work closely with Technicians, Operators, Manufacturing Supervisors and other Process Engineers on Robots troubleshooting or Software upgrades coordination and support.
- Develop the network to accomplish the daily tasks that sustaining events require, by the different nature of the problem.
- Use Analytical Thinking as a primary Problem Solving methodology.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related fields, such as Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronis or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience providing technical support for Manufacturing Software Apps, including Data analysis, Logs reading.
- Able to work during weekends, compress shift and night shift.
- Different OS and SW debugging passion and/or experience.
- English level B1 CEFR.
- Costa Rican unrestricted work permit.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Problem Solving Methodologies.
- Windows Software Packages Proficiency.
- PLCs basics.
