**Senior Training Specialist - Santa Costa Rica**

**Role Responsibilities**
Produce creative, engaging, and inspiring training materials that support our strategy of building a diverse, high-performing organization.
Collaborate/consult with compliance experts to support regulatory and policy requirements specific to our global compliance program.
Partner with many stakeholders across the enterprise to contribute to the success of our world class learning and talent programs.
Design training materials, ensuring sound adult learning and instructional design principles and methodologies (i.e. Kirkpatrick, ADDIE, etc.) while also consulting on appropriate training solutions regarding industry trends, regulatory developments, and talent initiatives.
**Role Requirements**
- At least 4 years' experience in Learning and Development.
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills, with extraordinary communication skills in Spanish and English at all levels - C1 minimum.
- Knowledge of adult learning concepts/principles.
- Command of MS Office Suite with a specific emphasis on Power Point.
- Experience working within a culturally diverse organization.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple projects.
The following qualifications will make you stand out but are not required:
- Experience using Adobe eLearning Suite, Articulate (both Rise and Storyline), and Veyond.
- Any knowledge of an additional language would be an advantage.
- Background in Instructional Design
