**Senior Specialist, Business Analysis - Santa Ana Costa Rica**

**Role Responsibilities**:
- Generate and deliver the bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports through data collection, analysis, validation, and cleansing.
- Perform the bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly authorized delegates uploads to the government Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry (NMLS)
- Perform the monthly Canada authorized delegates report upload to the government System (FINTRAC).
- Extract and analyze data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites.
- Effectively communicate both executive and operational ad-hoc reports required by different business units and/or work streams up and out within the business.
- Document reporting requirements and processes and validate data components as required.
- Identify and escalate data integrity issues to the responsible business units to ensure adherence to applicable laws and statutes.
- Actively participate in reporting optimization, consolidation, and communication of analytics.
- Participate and monitor reporting standardization initiatives across channels, regions, and business units.
**Role Requirements**:
- 1+ years of experience as a Regulatory Specialist, Business Analyst.
- High School diploma required.
- Experience with data analytics, data driven analysis/problem solving and statistics.
- Background working in global/offshore environment preferred.
- VB script/macro experience in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency Snowflake, Alteryx, and SQL.
- Proficiency in MS Power BI.
- Experience in report design, development, and automation.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
- Excellent planning, coordinating and organizational skills—with the ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and manage priorities even with constraints and challenges with little direction.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
