**What you will do**:
- Ensure excellence in process execution across all operational processes (e.g. Change, configuration, etc.) related to the solution.
- Influence process development and carry them out to meet business objectives.
- Develop influential relationships with internal and external team members and vendor partners at appropriate levels.
- Make decisions that impact the work of employing organizations, achievement of organizational objectives, and system and organizational performance.
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of IT strategy.

- Ensure documentation that is relevant to the service is maintained in a meaningful and accessible manner. This includes system documentation, requirements and test scripts, knowledge articles, and configuration and organizational information, emergency contacts/call lists, etc.

**What you will need**:
- At least 10 years of experience in JDE is required. Experience with core JDEdwards functionality in Sales & Distribution, Financial and Manufacturing, understanding of the supporting technologies supporting JDEdwards, RF Technologies, iSeries, reporting Tech
- Experience in back-end database technologies such as DB2, MS SQL Server, and iSeries
- Experience with third-party integrations with JDE.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study required.
- Strong knowledge of PC skills working with large datasets (Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, Word)
- Quick learner; ability to research and learn new technologies on own as necessary.
