**Main Job Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers on job requisitions and position management processes, and participate on related-projects to fulfill business staffing needs, as well as to monitor headcount and budgeting per framework in place. Coordinate and monitor Talent vendors services and agreements, as appropriate.
- Coordinate job fairs participation and logistics, and ensures leverage of obtained information
- Serves as first point of contact for applicants. Communicates proactively with them, answer their questions, manage their participation on internal/external processes and provides status updates throughout the selection process.
- Coordinate new employee orientation sessions and warranties all new hires participation per internal regulations and established policies.
- Support talent acquisition activities for networking purposes within surrounding communities.
- Comply with the Quality Management System requirements, tasks and duties, including managing preventive and corrective actions, strict adherence and compliance of all guides, policies and procedures.
- Comply with internal HSE guidelines and programs, follow job safety recommendations and provide feedback to prevent incidents or work illnesses that could affect the health of the employees, safety of the workplace and/or Company assets.
- Responsible to protect documents, confidential information, equipment, tools, raw material, products or other assets directly related to the job, in order to prevent incidents that could impact productivity and distribution of products, that could cause an economic impact to the Company or a non-compliance action with our customers, suppliers, shareholders and/or other key stakeholders.
**Knowledge / Education**:
- Degree in BA, HR Administration, Psychology or related
- Proficiency in English
- Proficient on the use of HR systems for recruitment purposes
- Computer skills
- Excel Intermediate
