**Job Summary**
As a **_Senior PowerApps Developer (10525)_**, you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.
Your responsibilities will include leading and actively participating in the design, development, and delivery of our software projects.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- You will play a pivotal role in scoping, designing, and building complex business solutions leveraging PowerApps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform components.
- You will be responsible for leading projects, mentoring developers, and ensuring adherence to best practices within our Power Platform practice.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Graduates in systems, networks or related fields with +5 years of experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience designing and developing solutions using Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate. This experience should encompass the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.
- Experience architecting enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI (desirable), and other relevant Power Platform components.
- In-depth knowledge of data modeling concepts and relational databases.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing principles and experience with Microsoft Azure (desirable).
- Experience with API integration and data connectors.
- Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code (e.g., C#, JavaScript).
- Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
- Passion for low-code development and a strong understanding of its potential to transform business processes.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to design innovative solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Nice to have:
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-300)
- Experience with other low-code development platforms (e.g., Mendix, OutSystems, Appian)
- Experience with DevOps principles and practices
