In this role you will be responsible for leading growth agenda with bottler/region, aligning the local/regional strategy and plans with Bottlers for the ARTDs category.
This is an exciting opportunity for a **Senior Manager Market Development Management **in Central Zone to act as an intrapreneur to build and lead a "start-up" in Latin America with the resources and backing of The Coca-Cola Company.
**What You'll Do For Us**
- Build value-based relationship with bottlers around Alcobev/ARTD by influencing and engaging them into the key Operations Strategies by channel considering Bottler objectives, in order to guarantee the System continuous profitable growth and ensure implementation of Division plans and strategies and local opportunities and strategies.
- Align Alcobev/ARTD guidelines and execute commercial plans with bottlers
- Develop specific Alcobev capabilities in bottlers
- Report bottler alignment to KO's guidelines for ARTD and Alcobev (e.g., Distribution agreements)
- Business monitoring through periodic performance reports
- Leads Alcobev franchise operation in the Zone. Develops and recommends short
- and long-range objectives consistent with organization guidelines. Manages the overall P&L. Drive the Company's strategic vision in the bottlers
- Maximize volume, revenues and operating income growth for Alcobev
- Lead and motivate Alcobev operations team towards business vision and objectives and effectively collaborate in the new network organization in order to align vision and objectives.
- Manage resources (people, OPEX) to deliver business objectives such as volume, revenues, operating income, market share, quality index and per capita consumption
- Provide System leadership for the development and implementation of an aligned Business Plan ensuring volume and profit growth in the short / mid-term. Provide strategic direction and day to day support on areas of interest including strategy, marketing, commercial, revenue growth management, route to market, value chain optimization, and business models.
- Negotiate the Coca Cola strategies, in alignment to the zone operations, and the BP Plans to be implemented on Bottler territories by Channel, working in multifunctional teams.
- Analyze Bottler´s Market situation in order to find issues and opportunities aiming at Company's goals achievements, analyzing sales volume, Nielsen and pricing reports in order to assist decisions based on facts, reinforcing opportunities to be address both in the long and short term
- Align and manage the Market Execution by activity with the Bottler by project and strategy. Negotiating execution activities with the new network organization.
- Work closely with the bottler to improve internal processes in order to maximize speed and effectiveness of Company's response to changing market conditions and enhance System Capabilities.
- Deeply Understand of Local Consumers and Customers' needs in Key Channels, in order to guarantee best strategies to address main opportunities.
- Develop Immediate & Future Consumption plans to increase volume, change package mix and generate more profitability to Coca Cola System Business analyzing issues by packages and developing activities focusing trade, sales team and consumers.
- Manage implementation and track results of Traditional, Modern, On Premise and Digital channels with the Bottler, appraising execution, analyzing tracking reports and communicating results to KO System.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
- 12+ years of Business and/or functional experience in Operation/Strategy related areas within the Alcohol Industry, desired experience within Coca Cola System.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required (Master's or MBA degree is highly preferred)
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Proven trajectory of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers
- Able to work in a diverse cultural environment, efficient communicator and influencer, comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Recommended Bottler Marketing or Commercial Strategy Experience and Understanding of retail (Modern, Traditional and On Premise channel).
- Key Knowledge requirements: Solid business acumen skills, Strategic Thinking, Leadership negotiation, Problem solving, system thinking, innovation, adaptability.
