Shopping Experience Protection Operations related experience (SEPO).
- 5+ years' experience in operations management in fraud prevention and/or risk management.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Willing to work on a hybrid modality (3 days on site and 2 days from home).

Shopping Experience Protection Operations (SEPO) focuses on building and maintaining selling partner trust by preventing multiple forms of seller abuse, and reinforcing customer trust in our stores. We address risk from Selling Partner accounts across three areas: (A) Preventing bad actors from creating or compromising Selling Partner accounts, (B) Preventing bad listings, reviews and other community content, and (C) Ensuring a perfect order experience, including preventing the sale of inauthentic, expired or used products.

Key job responsibilities
- Manager of manager's role, in charge of managing a group of front-line managers and their specialists (~50-80 headcount) who investigate seller transactions on Amazon and take appropriate actions.
- Provide leadership and administrative support to their team(s) to achieve and improve operational metrics, minimize impact of bad debt, achieve process improvement and ensure project execution.
- Will be responsible for ensuring that the team delivers as per plan, and will actively work with various teams to on board resources for the team.
- Deliver significant business impacts and contributions to the company through process improvement level improvements by consistently demonstrating timely delivery of projects.
- Provide focused feedback loops for managers and investigators to develop the career and skills of managers and investigators in the team.
- Work with multiple stakeholders within the organization to articulate and prioritize feature needs for tool-sets and ensure s smooth delivery of the processes.
- Recruit and develop frontline managers and employees to provide growth opportunities for future Amazon leaders.
