**Your duties will include**:
- Assist in the upstream commercial assessment and lifecycle management for MicroPort Orthopedics' portfolio as well as downstream commercial execution of marketing tactics.
- Partner with R&D and Sales Leadership to outline portfolio needs and develop the new product development pipeline, including managing/developing the business case for each new product development to grow all respective spaces.
- Collaborate and assure alignment with other functional areas including R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Sales Leadership, and Medical/Sales Education.
- Prepare and execute detailed product commercialization plans including positioning, targeting, selling tactics and collaterals, clinical evidence, economic value proposition, forecasting, pricing, sales training, and medical education.
- Develop inputs for the marketing budget ensuring that expenses are in-line with approved amounts.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clinicians and thought leaders in the industry.
- Work comprehensively with Medical Education to ensure that products are properly supported with educational events and programs.
- Provide leadership to the overall marketing team for the achievement of organizational objectives and strengthening of team talent and morale.

**YOUR EDUCATION**
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
**YOUR EXPERIENCE**
3 years minimum of successful marketing and product management experience in the medical device industry.
