Position Purpose: Provide analytical support to the Finance Department supporting the Operations Areas (Customer Satisfaction, Fulfillment, and Returns), and other areas of the Company as appropriate, to achieve goals and strategic objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Cultivate relationships to work collaboratively with peer and partners to plan, coordinate, and execute short and long-range analytical projects.- Develop analysis in support of departmental/corporate decision making.- Prepare and analyze historical and projected data in support of near term and long-range planning efforts.- Prepare monthly reporting/forecasting and annual budgeting.- Communicate results of analyses and findings through presentations to various levels of management.- Ensure the quality and integrity of data and analyses.- Assume additional related responsibilities as requested.
English Level: C1
Education Level: 4-Year bachelor's degree in Finance or related field. MBA or related graduate degree/certification preferred
Years of Experience: 5+ years
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills and history of relevant financial analytical experience-
- Excellent computer skills including advanced Excel competency, as well as proficiency in PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word - experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus.- Strong problem solving skills- Team player, flexible, able to adapt to change- Production and results oriented- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate across all levels of the organization- Ability to negotiate and influence- Conflict management ability- Agent for change- Organized, strong attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines consistently; proven ability to juggle multiple priorities- Self-motivated. Ability to take ownership of a goal and deliver results.
