And how we're able to provide our incredible talent with an innovative culture and great benefits.Who We're Looking ForSome of What You'll DoScope of the Role:- Direct Reports: This is an individual contributor role with no direct reportsKey ResponsibilitiesContract and Vendor Management:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.- Oversee contract lifecycle management, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.- Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors.- Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to agreed terms.Procurement to Pay Processes:- Streamline and optimize procurement to pay processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure seamless transaction flows.- Implement best practices in procurement and payment cycles.- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and process improvements.Data Validation and Cleansing:- Conduct thorough data validation and cleansing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to manage large datasets.- Develop and maintain data standards and procedures.- Generate reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.Technical Proficiency:- Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis tools.- Familiarity with data visualization tools and ERP systems is a plus.Experience, Education, and Certifications:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract and vendor management and procurement processes.Additional Requirements:- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.- Proactive and results driven.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.- Demonstrated experience in data validation, cleansing, and analysis.- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- #LI-HybridWhy You Should Join UsJoin us as we write a new chapter, guided by world-class leadership.
