**About the role**:
As a **_Senior AI Data Analyst_**, you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.
Some of your essential day-to-day job duties and responsibilities will include:
- Partner with business unit stakeholders to understand policy analysis needs and objectives.
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions to analyze large volumes of insurance policies across all 50 states.
- Develop algorithms and machine learning models to identify patterns, trends, and variations within insurance policy language.
- Clean and prepare complex policy data for effective AI analysis.
**Our Requirement**:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with private AI systems, particularly in a commercial setting.
- Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance policies and regulations across various states (highly desirable).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python and R (highly preferred).
- Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) a plus.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques is beneficial.
- Insurance experience is a plus
