As a part of the Global IT Organization, you will lead up to 4 scrum teams delivering value to our internal customers. As the Scrum Team lead, you will work with the Scrum team as its servant leader by ensuring impediments are addressed and mitigated promptly.

This role initiates, plans, executes, controls and manages all aspects of project(s) to ensure ultimate project success.
**You will make an impact by**:
- Lead the execution of tasks as defined in the project management plan in order to achieve the project goals, and actively manages project risk
- Determine and discern detailed requirements on larger scale projects to establish the project deliverables, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs to keep the project management plan updated and reflective of authorized project changes
- Ensure that all Scrum events take place and stay true to the value of the ceremonies.
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.
- Work with team members one-on-one to provide focused coaching to ensure the Team works together and is working within the Scrum framework.
- Facilitate Scrum processes and events, enabling team maturity and effectiveness by leveraging data-driven metrics.
- Create an agile mindset focusing on agile values and principles, leading with transparency, inspection, and adaptation, delivering high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done.
- Through servant leadership skills, enable teams to develop sprint goals and quality incremental delivery.
- Facilitate communication and partnership inside and outside the Team to include stakeholder engagement.
- Promote self-organization and cross-functionality of the Team coaching each role to enable high performance of the Team.
- Promote out of the box thinking
**What you'll need (required)**:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 8 years -hands on experience managing projects of increasing complexity Required
- Extensive knowledge with Agile methodologies (Scrum Master)
- Proficient in English C1 level
- Previous experience with Automation (example: RPA)
