**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement development standards for the platform including code, configuration management, integration, security compliance and user experience.
- Identifies, compares and recommends technical options provided by the platform.
- Participate in all phases of software development life cycle including functional analysis, development of technical requirements, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment and support
- Develop highly interactive UI using Aura, LWC, Lightning Design System, Visual force, JavaScript and JQuery technologies.
- Reviews code of others to ensure it adheres to best practices & coding policies
- Create and execute unit, integration and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data.
Ensure solutions meet quality standards
- Work closely with DevOps team for the platform ensuring all development and deployments are planned and executed successfully.
- Development and configuration management (planning, quality control, issue management and code management).
- Defect Management throughout test, deployment and post go live support.
- Partner with Solution Architects to create High level conceptual design
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**:
- Salesforce developer with 1 to 3 years of experience with APEX, Lightning Experienced with Agile development methodology
- Release Management, Salesforce Upgrade and integration settings for APIs and general Salesforce Administration proficiency.
- Salesforce Sales, Service or Marketing Cloud knowledge.
- Data Loading /Data Handling experience
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**:
- Webmethods Integrations, Mulesoft or other API knowledge would be considered a plus.
- Proficiency with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
- Proficiency of Java development Proficiency with RESTful web services design and documentation
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Developer 1 and/or 2, Field Service, and Service Cloud Consultant certifications are desired.
