**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **include the following. Other duties may be assigned; also punctuality and attendance are an essential element of this job.

Dedicate approximately 65% of his time to demonstrating PROFESSIONAL TOOLS products to end users with an emphasis on new products.

Maintain and service existing distribution to support the sale of PROFESSIONAL TOOLS core line products as well as new products.

Training distributors sales force and all distributors personal about PROFESSIONAL TOOLS Products and sales skills. This training also should be provided to end users as needed.

Perform administrative duties to manage and support territory sales, such as:

- Expense Reports
- Call Reports
- Activities Reports
- Marketing Opportunities
- Competition activities
- Territory action plan and execution (with support of Regional Sales Manager)

**QUALIFICATIONS**

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in Electronic or Mecatronic; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- +3 years of experience in Sales, field sales attending end users.
- Advanced English skills
- Travel Availability
